Delivery and Shipping

In stock items will ship within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Spanish holidays. We ship both domestically and internationally. We are not responsible for lost packages although we will do our best to find them. Customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer. All items are ready to ship unless stated otherwise. Pre order items will specify turn around and ship time (typically between 2-3 weeks).

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We offer standard and express delivery options:

  • Free shipping on all orders over 70€ (Spain) or 150€ (Europe) - standard delivery
  • Standard delivery - 4.9€ (Spain) // 6.9€ (Portugal) // 14.9€ (EU) or 16.9€ (Non-EU)
  • International standard delivery - 24.90€ (rest of destinations)

We will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. Domestic standard deliveries take 2 to 4 working days and express deliveries between 1 and 2 working days. International expected delivery date varies by destination.

Please check that your shipment is correct on delivery. If there are any discrepancies or problems with your order, please contact us at hello@nicoqo.com. Please keep the original packaging in good order if you wish to make a claim.
